The Art Gallery of Calgary is a non-profit public arts organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

Donale Gandossi
Chair, AGC Board of Directors
Business Affiliation: Account Executive, Direct Cash ATM

Donale Gandossi’s community and business leadership provides the AGC Board of Directors with a clear picture of the needs of Calgarians.

Ms. Gandossi is currently Account Executive for Direct Cash ATM, a leading Canadian owned company whose customer service business is focused on ATM deployment, management and processing.

Ms. Gandossi has been involved in Calgary’s art community, working with artists and galleries, for several years. She previously held a Docent position in the Art Program at the Glenbow Museum. She has served on the AGC Board of Directors for eight years, and chaired the Facility Committee for the AGC in 2002. Prior to her time on the Board, Ms. Gandossi was a member of the Muttart Public Art Gallery (re-named the Art Gallery of Calgary in 2000) and chaired past art auctions and fundraisers for the Gallery.

Ms. Gandossi has also worked as Manager for Calgary painter O.N. Grandmaison. Her company, Fine Art Placement, assisted corporations in building their art collections.

Gwen Randall, Q.C.
Vice-Chair, AGC Board of Directors
Business Affiliation: Lawyer, Davis & Company LLP

Gwen Randall is a partner at Davis & Company LLP, the Calgary office of a national law firm based in Vancouver. Her practice is litigation, labour and employment.

Ms. Randall has been involved with the United Way of Calgary, Calgary Philharmonic and Hull Child & Family Services, for whom she also sits on the Governors’ Council. She is the past Chair of the Hull Board, and was a committee chair for the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra. Ms. Randall supports Alberta Theatre Projects, Theatre Calgary, and has provided legal advice to several charitable institutions over the years.

Ron Love, C.A.
Treasurer, AGC Board of Directors
Business Affiliation: VP Controller, Whitemud Resources Inc.

Ron Love imparts advice and leadership to the AGC Board of Directors in the areas of governance and finance.

Since 2004, Mr. Love was VP Controller for AltaLink and has recently moved to Whitemud Resources Inc. as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining AltaLink, he was Vice-President of Finance at Greyhound Canada, where he was in charge of all financial operations for Greyhound and subsidiary companies based at the head office in Calgary.

Mr. Love holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and a Chartered Accountant designation under the CICA (Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants) and the ICAA (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta). He articled for his Chartered Accountant designation at Deloitte & Touche, obtaining his designation in 1994. He has worked in the Internal Audit Department at the Alberta Wheat Pool, and joined Greyhound in 1985, serving as Director, Audit Services and as Corporate Controller before serving as Vice-President of Finance.

Patricia L. Borger

Business Affiliation: Regional Vice President, RBC Financial Group

Patricia Borger has a proven record of strong leadership in Alberta for 25 years. As the Regional Vice President of RBC Financial Group, Ms. Borger currently manages Business Markets, Financial Planning and Retail Networks within Calgary and surrounding area. Ms. Borger has led several teams within diverse marketplaces in various projects including Marketing Resource Optimization in Edmonton.

Ms. Borger has received several awards for her commitment to her work and community including the Share the Success Team Award Q1 and the Diversity Champion Award Q2.

Ms. Borger has an MBA from Dalhousie University, FICB from Institute of Canadian Bankers Association and Personal Financial Planning designation. She also has a degree in Journalism/ Advertising.

Colleen Gray

Colleen Gray has recently joined the Holloway Schulz recruitment team in Calgary after a successful career in sales and marketing in the multi-media advertising industry. Her years of sales, marketing and public relations in the Calgary market not only provides an in-depth understanding of the economic landscape in Calgary but also has provided her with skills to offer creative solutions to approach clients needs for their recruitment needs. Ms. Gray presently is specializing in new business development for Holloway Schulz and is focusing on career opportunities in the high demand construction industry and the oil and gas sector.

Colleen graduated as a Registered Respiratory Technologist prior to changing her career to the advertising business. Ms. Gray has been very involved in many charitable organizations. As founder and public relationship manager of The Owen Hart Foundation and, presently, the Co-Chair of the Friends of the AGC Committee for the Art Gallery Calgary, Ms. Gray identifies and seeks out numerous opportunities for networking and recruitment.

Donald G. House
Director, AGC Board of Directors; Chair, AGCcooks; Advisor, Corporate Sponsorships
Business Affiliation: Vice-President of Marketing, RedPoint Media Group

Donald House is a broadly experienced senior corporate marketing and communications executive with an outstanding record of success in planning and directing national projects. He is a Vice-President and Publisher with RedPoint Media Group Inc—an award-winning integrated media company that owns and produces a number of print, Internet and event properties such as Avenue, Apple, and Wine Access magazines, The Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, and programs such as The Canadian Wine Awards.

Mr. House has advised and provided marketing services to a number of Fortune 500 companies. In 1995, Marketing Magazine awarded him the prestigious Gold National Marketing Award for his work in the automotive category with Nissan Canada.

A graduate of Humber College in Toronto, Ontario, in Business Administration and Recreation, Mr. House is the Vice Chair of the Alberta Publishers Association and a member of the Canadian Magazine Publishers Association Public Affairs Committee.
