Our spring fundraiser transforms the Art Gallery of Calgary into a kitchen stadium for a friendly culinary competition between six of Calgary’s top chefs.
Each chef creates a superb four-course feast designed around a secret ingredient which is unveiled to the chefs three days prior to the competition. Guests dine on one of these exceptional meals, accompanied by fine wine expertly chosen to enhance the evening’s menu. Guests rate their meals and the highest scoring chef is presented with the coveted AGC Gilded Utensil Award. AGCcooks is an unforgettable evening for both guests and participating restaurants.
